THE FISHER FAMILY
"Hi Barry,
I am sending a picture of Sampson to show you just how he is doing at 6 months! He is amazing ! His training is coming along extremely well! He is very attentive, eager to please, and very smart! I am amazed at how quickly and easily he understands new ideals in his training, and loves to show you he understands by showing off his new skills! He has always been careful around the young grandchildren and has never jumped on or run into them! Even the timid ones enjoy playing with Sampson. I have had numerous people comment on how beautiful he is and how well-behaved and smart he is! (so proud of him!) I am extremely happy with Sampson ! In a very short time he has become a vital, loving, fun, and very enjoyable member of our family! And Barry and Sheila? Well, you guys are just terrific! Not only are you great breeders of German Shepherds, but amazing people as well! From the very first phone conversation, I felt like you two were old friends. Your honesty and integrity, helpfulness, and love for your dogs, without the pomp and circumstance is so refreshing! Thank you for a wonderful dog, and a great experience in selecting and purchasing him! I will ALWAYS recommend you to anyone looking for a great dog." Thank you again, Cindy Fisher |

"Hello!! This is Ashley and Brad Chmielewski from MN, we got our sable GSD from you about a year and a half ago, Bane.
We just wanted to say hi, hope you are all happy, healthy and doing wonderful! Also, just wanted to send an update on Bane! He is such a little stinker, he's so intelligent it scares me; he knows my feelings and thoughts before I do! He's a once in a lifetime dog. I have gone through so many hardships lately with health and Bane won't leave me. He lets me hold him, cry on him, anything I need, he's got it. He has honestly saved me, I'll forever be grateful for that fluffball. He's going to dog training this September, just to make him a bigger super star! He knows everything I teach him, he has so many cat friends out at our farm! He's truly the most hilarious character ever, always chatting and howling with you, so many funny quirks. He listens so well and is so smart! He is quite the bed hog though! He does know the pillows are the most comfy spot on the bed and does steal our pillows ha ha! Thank you thank you! We would recommend everyone to you for a family member! Cannot wait to have an opportunity to see you both! (And another fur-baby!) Keep up the great work, you two are amazing and raise such fantastic dogs! We can't thank you enough. Take care!" - Ashley M. Chmielewski |
THE RUNGE FAMILY
"Hi Barry & Sheila.
You guys are the best, and Dalibor is simply the best Shepherd I've ever had. At 8 months old, Dalibor has become such a wonderful part of our family. His temperament is amazing, and he is as lovable as he could possibly be. He plays with his own toys and always hides them where he can find them later. Dalibor loves kids as much as he loves playing with our other dogs and cats. Simply a fun loving puppy (still). He is now learning to bark at noises he hears at night, and his bark would scare off Chuck Norris!! He is a natural protector. He never breaks eye contact when you catch his attention, and he will stare you down until he jumps in your lap and leaves your face soaking wet. Dalibor has beautiful markings, and is a crowd favorite any time we are out. Simply stunning in his appearance. Since I am a cop, I have the avenues if I choose to certify him as a tracker or dope hunter, which I am leaning heavily in favor of. Having been around police K-9's for so many years, he would make the transition with ease, and love every minute. We'll see Dalibor is amazing!!!!" THE PARKER FAMILY
"Hi Barry and Sheila,
I wanted to let you know that Patton (parents Havoc and Willow) saved my husband’s life. Wednesday evening my husband was downstairs playing video games. I was not home. My stepdaughter, Inaya, was upstairs watching TV. Patton and Maggie were play fighting upstairs near her. All of a sudden, Patton began barking uncontrollably while running up and down the stairs. His behavior was so unusual and alarming that she ran downstairs to find my husband having a seizure. He has never had a seizure before and Patton has not had training for seizure detection. Inaya was able to call 911 and follow the medical dispatcher’s direction to keep her dad safe. From her recollection, Patton calmed down when he met the first responders at our front door. He allowed them to pet him and place him in his crate. My husband is doing well. No bumps or bruises from the seizure. If it weren’t for Patton’s alerting behavior, the outcome of this situation may have been very bad. I thought it would be important to let you know how proud we are of Patton. He has always been such an intelligent, intuitive, and even tempered GSD. But we had no idea he possessed the natural talent to alert for help. Just amazing! I hope you guys know what an impeccable job you do breeding these awesome dogs! I think Patton’s story is certainly evidence of this. " - Michelle Parker |
THE NEVLIDA FAMILY
"Sully (our pup from Nettles and Nicho’s litter) turned one on January 29th. I wanted to reach out and say thank you for the wonderful dog. He is the best dog we could have ever asked for, so incredibly smart, cuddly and loyal. I truly believe he would protect us at all costs if it came to a need. Sully learned basic obedience commands such as sit, down and stay within two weeks of coming home, which blew our minds. He has grown into such a handsome dog and gets complements on his beautiful coat everywhere we take him.
Sully man has a perfect temperament, loves other dogs, kids and cats. He is eager to please and would play frisbee all day long if he could. I swear he ever gets tired. Timing seemed to workout perfectly for picking him up, as the day after we picked him up my work shut down for a little due to COVID. Sully gave me plenty to keep me busy. He potty trained so easily and quickly that he only ever had one accident in the house. I have attached some pictures so that you can see what he has grown into. Over the year he got to be a part of our engagement pictures and even our wedding (he surprised us walking down the aisle following our ceremony). Thank you again! Working with you was a breeze and we couldn’t be happier with him." Sully, Lauren, Shane Nevlida (Previously Lauren Gniadek) |
